Now you might ask yourself: what does this mean, what does this stand for?
In the beginning there is a question: who is ruling your life? Who is responsible for your thoughts, emotions, actions and their consequences?
In the old days many people out there – and I do not talk about you – were playing the blame game. I know, they called it differently. Some called it hurt feelings, anger, depression, worries, fear, anxiety, so many names were used to describe or better to not describe what is really going on.
One development I really do like and appreciate a lot is the fact that more and more people all over the world got fed up with being the victim in somebody else’s movie. Some got really angry with themselves.
Not you want to know: what are possible and positive alternatives? Are there any or are there many, waiting to be taken?
I realized a long time ago that there is not one single way that leads to happiness, to being emotionally successful. There are many ways and I am glad that you have taken the decision to explore yourself and the universe to find out which one suits you best.
I do know that working and living with NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), self-hypnosis, dialectics, eating sustainable food, drinking a lot of plain water and exercising 5 to 6 times a week make it easy for me to be emotionally successful.
I will be blogging about different aspects of my magic formula for being emotionally successful and will also invite other experts in self-improvement and living a happy life to share their experiences and views with us.
What I could ask you now is: How do you feel, when you envision yourself in love with yourself, with your personality, your habits, your body?
Are you ready, yet, to accept that there are many more opportunities for you than you were led to believe?
Once you have begun each day with a smile on your face, before you open your eyes – how much fun is waiting for you?
